Sale has been extended!

Everything you know about Roswell is wrong.  There was a crash from the sky.  There was a government cover-up.  And yes Timmy, there are aliens.  But the truth about Roswell isn’t just in the White House, but runs through Moscow, 10 Downing Street, then lands at Morgannwg, a country estate outside of Cardiff in Wales, and onto the lap of Deetz Mac Innes.  Deetz, a skilled martial artist and clairsentient, would rather be anywhere else but Morgannwg – too many bad memories and unresolved longings.  A phone call from his sister and his father’s murder changes everything and now resolving the discrepancies between official records and double crosses become his central focus – well, those and not falling in love.

M/M and Queer Romance Group topic: "Looking For PASSIONATE and ACTIVE Book Reviewers"

A blurb from the very good Goodreads folks:

I am James Dawson. I am starting a project called "Free and Fast Reviews." Here is what it is about in brief: it is very hard for indie authors to get a decent number of quality reviews within a short time; either they have to wait on reviewers for months or they end up paying for reviews. My mission is to build a team of avid and sincere book readers who can read and review books on Amazon within a reasonable time frame. I am looking for Amazon reviewers for a number of exciting books. If you have reviewed at least 2-3 books on Amazon in the last couple of months, please fill in the form below to get yourself added to my review team. Adding yourself to this list will ensure that you get to read only the genres that you are interested in. I don't want to waste your time emailing you about a load of genres you don't want to read. You can remove yourself from this list anytime you want.

Old Dick and the Sea - Part 7 (THE END?)

The picture that inspired the story - for the audio version, click here

Angus had had scant few blow jobs until we got together, as debutantes think it’s beneath them and slappers want you to pay for it.  He also wasn’t much into porn and isn’t too familiar with the seedier side of fucking.  So, when I described deep throating the wife’s cock, he nearly choked on a pretzel.  “You did what?”
“I am neither lying nor exaggerating.”
“You can do that?  Just like that?”  He tried to finish chewing  but only succeeded in nearly asphyxiating.  “How, how did it feel?  Weren’t you, overwhelmed?”
He meant ‘scared’.  “That’s the point, isn’t it?” I replied.  He leaned back on the bed’s headboard, letting his mind wander on the ceiling.  Nervous, I coiled my fingers picking at my cuticles.  The old man had been right – I had my best orgasms when I am servicing others.  That night, sucking his wife off, I shook so bad from cumming that I nearly dislocated my left hip.  But good healthy lust is complicated by heterosexist restrictions on body part usage, according to my BFF, Toni.  I was always cautious because otherwise was, at best, difficult for whenever I offered my ass, lots of men considerate it as open season and their starring in the own rough anal porn scene.  And the ladies couldn’t stand the smell of their pussy on my lips.
Angus’s tone dropped and his voice was just above a whisper.  “Show me how you did it!” he demanded, the words coming out gravelly, slow, and deliberate.   He jumped up and walked to the foot of the bed.  “How did you position yourself?”
“Angus, mate, it’s been years since I’ve done that,” I said.  “I haven’t even practiced in some time.”
“And you’ve never offered this service to me, your lord?” he replied, crossing his arms across his chest.  “What do you need to practice?”

Old Dick and the Sea - Part 6

Audio Version

Old Dick and the Sea
Part 6
F**king, I figured out, was only part of the package but often the part folks, particularly gay men, got wrong.  They’re caught in the heterosexist bullshit that mimics the game Battleship - once you get the person in bed (or behind the building), the target has been reached and there is nothing left to do but screw.  For gay men, it doesn’t matter as for many sex is nothing more than an exchange at a pawn shop.  I guess that’s the difference between consuming a burger in your car on the way back from lunch and enjoying a beef Wellington with a glass of Bordeaux at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant.  Straight blokes aren’t much better; eventually leaving most straight women in haggard and unhappy lives – they do all that work to catch a guy’s eye and his mind is practically gone or asleep five seconds after he gets it in (if not before).

Cute Sexy and Political Erotica - Two Excerpts from "The Roswell Discrepancy"

The Roswell Discrepancy interweaves politics, psychology, sociology, and romantic erotica.  It tells the story of two men who are investigating their fathers' murders.  It is told from the standpoint of Desmond "Deetz" Mac Innes, a man with numerous talents and a painful past.  Angus Reese has everything money can buy and longs for someone to love him for more than his title can buy.  Check out these two pieces - then click the Amazon site to your right and purchase then enjoy the complete story.  Finally, write a review.
For now, enjoy these!

Cute Sexy Excerpt
“Deetz, how come you don’t settle yourself? Same-sex marriage is legal now. You could have a right proper family of your own.”
“Then how will I become an astronaut for N.A.S.A?” I joked.
“Seriously, mate!” “You assume I’ve been exclusive with blokes.” “Well, yeah,” he stammered. “I mean everyone said that… well, you know, there were rumors. I’m sorry if I made wrong assumptions.”

Old Dick and the Sea - Part Five

The Old Dick offers a sexual prophesy while the Sea's got the goods!

Picture an erotic encounter in London's #Shangri-La on the Shard Hotel in London.
It comes with a scope and floor to ceiling windows, even in the bathroom. At 100,000 English pounds/night ( $12,902.23)

For the audio (that sounds like a British robot and not the best of the videos for this story but if you're brave, click here)
“Okay, I get it,” Angus interrupted, “she’s hot as hell and he’s unattractive but a bloody sexual intuit.”  Angus neatly folded the newspaper and affirmatively placed it on a nearby side table.  “Did you do it in the car or at their hotel?  What was the hotel like?”  He got up then walked over and stood above me in a commanding manner.  “Don’t leave out any details,” he said, extending his hand to me as an invitation for me to stand.  “I want to know everything -  all of it.”

Another Bisexual Rant

Thanks to the folks at #ukpride for this video, 'Bisexual Banter'.  As my biography noted in her FB post of this video, "Different accent, same bullshit."

Why I refuse to read, view, or tolerate prison-based porn

Because the reality for most queer folk in prison is uniformly horrible.

This article from #Attitude was sent to me by my biographer, who lives in Michigan where this tragedy took place.

My biographer is at it again!

I simply love it when she brings the snark to the next level and she has done it with this interview with Our Queer Art.  I think sometimes we queer folk take ourselves and our shit too seriously.  Often, at least in the UK and the US, the agenda is defined by the "white gay mafia" - privileged, white gay men (and maybe about 3 bi men).  Yes, I am a full fledged member and will sing such from the top of Morganwg Estate (albeit I only joined the rich part when I married Angus and got a title).  But I'd like to think that I'm walking the planet also saying and promoting that mine isn't the only way to be or understand how to be queer - room needs to be made for the "minorities within the minority" otherwise we risk fracturing like other "movements" leaving room for those who are less enlightened than I to take advantage - that's how we got The Orange Man and Brexit.  (Oh damn, did I say Brexit? Oi!  If I have to hear one more time from Angus how that is going to send the UK to hell in a handbasket I'll just scream!!!)

At this moment, I wouldn’t be remit if I affirmed, returning to my previous statement, that my attraction was stunningly not racist.  I know this because what my eyes followed and my dick surveyed was not an attractive man by any means.  Nor was he ‘Shaka-Zulu’-movie hot – you know the kind sold in ‘Black man/White boy’ porn.  And his rubbish trainers ensured either his barely working-class status or complete cultural naiveté.  So why was I sporting a hard on so tight that it threatened to rip my trousers?

Stories of Life Before Angus

Before my life got turned around by aliens, international intrigue, and the smell of sandalwood shampoo in Angus's hair, I was quite a mess.  Internalized homo/biphobia, rape, and family rejection will do that to a bloke.  It wasn't as if I didn't have interesting stories . . . not ones I can tell my children, but the seedy ones that you shouldn't, in these gotcha media times, put in your electronic diary.  But my biographer has convinced me that readers would be interested in this convoluted past of mine.  I'm not ashamed as we all have to grow up sometime and somehow.  Now, I look back, worried that if I don't do any more foolish crap like this, how will I continue to learn and grow?

A REMINDER: Bisexuality isn't a phase and I owe neither the gay or straight community anything

People are always asking me if, now that I'm married to Angus, if I miss sleeping with women.  That's a stupid question that is only asked of bi men and women - as if getting married means they settled on something and were having a way better time beforehand fucking everything that moves.  News Flash: Bi folk have the same success getting laid on a Saturday night as everyone else.  It isn't a "double your chances" affair - there are so many factors that go into attracting others that you're openness to any gender-type only has the smallest of impacts in comparison to your overall attractiveness and charm.

It isn't about missing women but it is about loving Angus.  The hidden truth about bisexuality is that it's a sexual orientation that isn't connected to one's desire to live monogamously with someone - it just means that your someone could be of any gender-type.  I didn't marry Angus because he was a man but because he looks at me and gets all mushy - his perfectly sized dick and that musky smell he gets after yoga class are just a bonus, not a deal enhancer.

Well, the latter does make things a bit more exciting . . .

Queer in Britain

Bottoming out

My biographer refuses to put this stuff in the books ... the way guys have to "prepare" to be intimate with one another.  I don't blame A.G. as it isn't dinner time reading nor particularly romantic.  However, it is something blokes need to know as the venture forth.  Thus I offer this link to a really good website that offers details in a comic format.

Wish someone had told me this in the beginning.

Wondering if anyone else is grateful ...

Feeling Grateful

Thinking of Judaism's matriarchs:
  • Sarah, the wife of Abraham.
  • Rebekah, the wife of Isaac.
  • Leah and Rachel, the wives of Jacob.
Sending love to my own matriarchs:
  • Ciara, my sister by blood
  • Mishiko, my sister by adoption
  • Lady Nora, my grandmother by destiny and Toni, my wife by choice (you gotta wait for the next book for that explanation - 😇)

Something from my biographer ...

My ass says fuck you!

Just wrote a book – The Roswell Discrepancy: a human romance in three parts.  I’ve had several reactions to it recently, none of which do I understand completely.  My so-called straight family/friends have had a mixture of shock and admiration, even after I tell them that that means nothing if it doesn’t sell.  I figured that what I wrote should have the sales and/or critical acclaim of any of today’s recognized authors.  I don’t think this is too much to ask.  Others seem to think that I’m being ungrateful.  My response is no, just perfectionistic.

Then three other things happened.  First, I got grief from the people at the local LGBTQ newspaper – questions of what made me a spokesperson for the queer community, what made this book worthy of inclusion in the LGBTQ canon, what is the book contributing to gay literature or teaching us about life, and, most importantly, who was I?  The second thing was a negative review – I had had bad ones before (the other two were like bad dates; you know, it’s-not-you-but-me variety) but this one was just annoying because it required that I justify the snarky, sometimes nasty tone and vocabulary used by my protagonist.  The third thing was my partner’s return from a longer than expected hospitalization.

The last I will not discuss for I think smart, sensitive writers can appreciate the impact this can have on someone.  The first deserves some answers: I am not a spokesperson for the LGBTQ community nor does my story teach anything.  It simply is the story of one man’s life, some parts fantastic while other parts quite normal.  It will teach nothing but serves as an unPhotoShopped picture of human lust and romance in light of childhood sexual abuse.  It is real but not what folks expect - or maybe need – and I’m not sorry about that.

As for the second – the bad review – oh, well.  As I said just above, this is based on real people and, rightly or wrongly, regular folk don’t use proper, sensitive language.  Maybe we should change our words, examine our motives, and explore our privileges constantly.  And the reality is we don’t.  This is a novel in first person using his thoughts and feelings – how he sees life, unfiltered.  I would hope the world has room for this otherwise we are being politically correct simply to be polite.

I’m not deterred.  I believe in this story.  It is a matter of finding the right audience.  This is a relatively new requirement for writers – used to be we had publishers do this but then again that was back in the bad old days when they decided who read what.  We have freedom now.  Yipeee!

The Bisexual's Guide to the Universe

Thanks to all my fans, a negative review, and a comic

Thanks to everyone who attended my biographer's book release party.  Thanks to the great folks at City Coffeehouse as well for being so welcoming.  Great fun was had by all.  If you missed it, don't worry as she is planning other events for the near future.  Check back for details.

I noted a negative book review which indicated they didn't  like offensive words they found in the story.  I suppose I should have warned folks - I'm not politically correct and use offensive language like most folks toss off paper towels.  If you aren't irritated or offended by something in this story then I should fire my writer.  I believe sex and love are messy and the language offered in reflecting on them has to reflect that madness.  I appreciate that we are trying to improve our homophobic, hyper-masculine, sexist, racist, etc. cultures.  I'm not here to do that because I'm no social activist. I'm a man trying to find some emotional comfort in this wacky place we call Earth.  Period.

Now for something completely different ...

a letter from Angus

Angus is nothing if not a British patriot and he loves kids.  Not a day goes by that he doesn't mention how much he is looking forward to us starting a family once I am done with rabbinical school.  As an abuse survivor, the idea of becoming a father frightens me; I wonder if I have what it takes ...but that is another story.

He Skyped me this morning once the name of the youngest victim, Saffie-Rose Roussos, was released.  At the time he reached out, I was studying at the desk of my flat in Philadelphia where I'm attending rabbinical school. Angus was horrified and angered by yesterday's bombing.  His voice cracked periodically as he spoke.  He had the rough draft of a press release he wanted to run by me - a way to productively channel his anguish... "She was so cute!" he kept saying.  "She could have been our daughter."

Here's what he read to me:
Saffie Rose Roussos
FROM THE OFFICE OF Rt. HONORABLE ANGUS REESE, EARL OF GLAMORGAN
Official  Press Release
Re: 5/22/2017 Manchester Terrorist Bombing

On behalf of the Glamorgan clan and myself, I want to express our deepest condolences to the survivors, the family and friends of survivors, and the murdered resulting from what The Honourable Prime Minister correctly called a “cowardly act”.  Along with the rest of the country, I also want to extend my admiration to the first responders and regular citizens who selflessly extended themselves to help frightened children and their anxious parents during the initial hours of this crisis.  The UK is certainly blessed to have such brave, caring individuals - from the cabbie offering free rides to the hundreds of individuals who used social media to share pictures of children in hopes of reuniting them with their loved ones.  Your efforts demonstrate the strength that underlines all of the citizens of our Commonwealth.   We will get through this and come out stronger, more resilient for it.

And I want to speak to those would-be terrorists skulking in the shadows of our law-abiding Muslim communities.  Do you notice something about your previous colleagues' efforts?  I cannot say whether or not you are rewarded in heaven – I’m not quite sure if I believe such a place exists.  But even if it does and it is true that what you see as a sacrifice for a greater good becomes a guaranteed, nonstop ticket to a wondrous afterlife, isn’t it clear by now that your attempts to frighten us, the French, the Americans, the Germans, and even your own Muslim brothers and sisters in the Turkey and the Arab world have changed nothing?  If you were hoping to make a difference, I don’t see it – with the exception of likely making the lives of the family members you left behind miserable both because of your absence and the unfortunate stench of being the relative of someone who would kill children, you have neither brought about the Caliphate you desire nor brought any government to its knees.  If this is Allah’s plan for you, it is a pretty shitty one because it hasn’t and, if history is any predictor, won’t bring promise to your cause.

Unlike many of my fellow MPs, I admit that the centuries of economic and resource exploitation that resulted from British colonialism created the scars and trauma that continues to drive the negativity and oppression in your family’s homelands as well as for the youth living in the West.  And, also unlike other MPs, I admit I don’t know what reparations or even change in current foreign policy can fix all the negativity we have caused.  However, I cannot see how killing 8-year old girls makes up for it.  Saffie-Rose Roussos’ family and community may feel the same pain as a Palestinian family living on the West Bank but long after Saffie-Rose’s memorial, that Palestinian family will remain just as disadvantaged as before.  At the end of the day, killing civilians changes nothing and trust me when I write that our police and special services, with help from our allies around the world, will always keep you on the run; you may get a few bombs through but we will catch your comrades and relentlessly thwart your cause.

We can and will outlast you then destroy you.  Just ask Adolf Hitler.

I'm thinking of becoming a vegetarian

Bruce Cockburn, again, quietly doing his thing.  The man has a way of breaking truth down to its harsh, honest elements.  You can't be mad at the guy.  During my escapades with MI-6's "Department of Alien Affairs" I've seen a lot of stupid shit based on people's needs to believe in a fanciful world where things are 'better' (your mileage may vary).  Don't get me wrong now.  I'm a huge sci-fi fan and a fanboy from the time I came out of nappies.  But I knew when I went to see the latest Star Trek installment or sat under a tree to read Jules Verne, that it was a story about humans in a world created by humans.  I'm still waiting for the sci-fi book that keeps us here and where we focus on saving this land, not just the people on it.  Probably some native person has written it already.  I hope I'm right.

I love a strong Black Woman

This is why I love a Black woman.  She takes no shit and gives as much as you can give her.  I used to know this Black woman, back when I was doing Aikido in Chicago.  She wore her hair natural, wild, long, and nappy before it was popular.  She was ridiculously strong - beat my ass all over that dojo mat during the day and ran around the gay clubs with me at night (pulling my white, sorry, drunk ass from being the center of attention within way too many gangbangs).  She finally convinced me that the pain I was harboring was not going to be averted by ruining my liver nor would trauma survivorship come as the result of rectal prolapse.  I miss that gal - I got sober and mistook her rescuing me as love.  The first of many stupid mistakes with love.

I hope I'm not going to get things wrong with Angus.
(Angus, off in a corner, smiles then says, "I won't let you!")

I promise the book doesn't cost this much

I always told my biographer, A.G. Davis, that the book, The Roswell Discrepancy, would be popular but a used copy for $150.80?  Three questions:

  1. It is just out, how is that someone read it that fast to have a used copy?
  2. Why was it $151 last Saturday but $150.80 today - did it get used more?
  3. Considering the topic, snarky reflections on my fabulous sex life, just how did that copy get used?

BOOK RELEASE! The first part of my story revealed!

About my biographer: This story was inspired by the lives of males, gay, bisexual, and straight, who were survivors of childhood sexual abuse and sought therapy from me in hopes of becoming open to real love despite what was done to them. They were not only victims groomed by trusted adults but also of a society that has, until very recently, ignored them or refused to label their experiences as trauma. May this book and the ones forthcoming in the series offer some hope for those I tried to help and the hundreds of thousands who I was never blessed to know.

My biographer has finally published my story.

Having children???

I know, a serious topic for a blog typically dedicated to the erotic.  But hell, you gotta rest once in a while otherwise things get raw and chaff.  Okay, here's the truth, I'm writing between rounds.  I know; I'm such a millennial.

Sunday, March 26, 2017

This is my new puppy, Velvel. My sister, Ciara bred him for me. He is quite the handful and did I say he can talk? Psychically that is. What other kind of dog would a Jewish Druid have but a talking one? He is quite obedient and seems to like the ladies, especially the ones with big bums. I'm not sure my sister intended that part.

‘Who’s the Boss?’

Another interpretation of things by Angus as referenced in The Roswell Discrepancy
(for those of you who recognize the American TV show title, check out the lyrics to the show’s intro song, “Brand New Life” - http://www.metrolyrics.com/whos-the-boss-lyrics-brand-new-life-by-larry-carlton-robert-craft-martin-cohan-and-blake-hunter.html)

Deetz aroused him beyond madness, leading Angus to wonder if a man could be ‘dick whipped’.  Pressed against a painted brick wall, his hands supernaturally tied to some random over-head pipe bulging above him, Angus also wondered if the similarly positioned couples and threesomes around him in Buddies Bar’s Dungeon space felt as dizzy, crazy tormented as he was right now.  His pelvis pushed out, dick just inside Deetz’s mouth, Angus was certain that he would do anything to keep this going – keep it going now, tomorrow, and likely forever.  Angus didn’t want to cum, even right before he did, as much as he wanted to be a Madeline truffle at the back of Deetz’s throat.

Eating Leftovers Part II - Angus's side of the story

Ciara had just finished a late-night baby feeding and wondered how long before her husband. Tom, at the rate they were going, would have her pregnant again.  She smiled at the idea of practicing as she quickly got the used bottles in the dishwasher and took care of the dirty nappy.   It was a nice quiet night.  She and Tom had Churton Place to themselves as the rest of their MI-6 spy family hadn’t arrived from Cardiff and Paris.  And although the London townhouse held all three sets of couples and three children quite comfortably, it was nice to know that tonight the only thing that could interrupt her naughty ideas were her 6-year-old and 4-month-old, both of whom were finally and deeply asleep.  Then her tablet rang.
“Angus?  Is something wrong?” she asked once his image came up.
“Nothing,” Angus said, his face sullen.  He appeared to be speaking to her from some outdoor café and not the wonderful, five-star hotel room which her brother and Angus were supposed to be staying.  This was a very bad sign.

Eating Leftovers - Deetz's Understanding

It has always been my philosophy that it is the Sub that runs the relationship.  Doms need to dominate, to feel and present themselves as the ones in control.  They live to cause and watch the pleasure their acts bring to their Subs. But, if you watched the typical BDSM porn, you’d think it was more ‘SM’ than ‘BD’ and even in cases of the latter, the subtleness of real master-slave relationships is notable for its absence.  Although we’ve engaged in a form of Japanese ‘tight binding’ called Kinbaku, we’d never dealt in harshness or intentional infliction of pain. An instance of violent assault as a teen was as much sexually-based abuse as I ever wanted to endure.   This is and will always be about control and Angus, fy annwyl, my beloved husband, knows when I’m not in control.

a scene from The Children of Project Ice Worm

These are chapters from The Children of Project Iceworm (tentative publishing date of summer of 2018) which is the sequel to The Roswell Discrepancy (coming out June 2017).  Both are the adventures of my husband, Angus Mac Innes-Reese, our crew, and myself as we combat international bad folks then expose and debunk government lies all in service of Her Majesty - all the while enjoying some very hot sex.
This scene is set in Tel Aviv, where Angus and I are to met up with my best friend from Chicago, LaTonya "Toni" Hoffman.  Angus and I have been married now for over five years and I am about to become ordained as a rabbi.  Angus is a peer of the realm, a member of the House of Lords, venture capitalist, and a founder of a nonprofit that helps those who need artificial limbs. I am finishing my studies and thinking about doing more, but Angus doesn't know it yet.
Typically, Angus and I are exclusive.  He's not only my husband but also my best friend.  But something magical is going on here.  I just don't know what.  Or maybe her hot body and some unresolved feelings are just more temptations than us two boys can handle?
